Dirk Sprenger is responsible for the implementation and practice of CPM-System within Trans-SEC. Until a regional network of conflict contact points in September 2014 is in place, Dirk Sprenger can be contacted whenever there is an impression that friction and dissent inhibit fruitful cooperation and adequate outcome. He conducts trainings for conflict awareness and capacity building for the conflict contact points. When necessary, he will facilitate or mediate processes. Dirk Sprenger can further be contacted for professional coaching sessions, a confidential room for reflection.

Dirk Sprenger has more than 15 years of work experience in this field, especially in intercultural and international settings. His clients are ministries, governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as universities. He regularly teaches at Humboldt-University in Berlin.

Current Christian Hochmuth is the Managing Coordinator of the Institute of Conflict Management (IKM) at European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. His main area of activity is conflict management at universities and scientific institutions, both in terms of scholarship and practice.

Past Following his PhD and research work in early modern history Christian Hochmuth worked as a consultant for strategic communication for corporations und governmental organizations before returning into the academic field.

Current Katharina Löhr is currently a Doctoral Candidate on Conflict Management Systems in Food Security Projects working at ZALF (Leibniz-Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research e.V) and the coordinator of the CPM core group.

Past She has several years of working experience in the field of non-formal education on development and cooperated with a wide range of African NGOs and community initiatives

Education She has an MSc in Political Economy of Violence Conflict and Development (SOAS, University of London) and did her undergraduate studies in African Studies and Educational Science (HU/FU Berlin). She is a trained conflict mediator and obtained an additional certificate on “Sustainable Development” (University of Kaiserslautern).

He is head of the research department “Sustainability Impact Assessment Process and Tools”. Past Stefan Sieber worked for four years abroad (Spain, Latin America, and Italy). He holds a PhD in environmental resource economics and coordinated 25 projects as well as has a publication record of 26 peer-reviewed publications and over 100 research contributions.

Education Stefan Sieber studied in Bonn and is an agricultural economist. He holds a PhD in environmental recourse economics and is specialized in agricultural sector modeling and decision support systems. He is a systemic business coach and a mediator.

Current Michelle Bonatti is researcher of ZALF (The Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research, Germany).

Past She has been validating her work on environmental education, rural development and conflict mediation for 11 years worldwide within 5 NGOs, 3 public institutions and 7 research projects in South America, Europe and Africa.

Education She is Mediator at Center of Conflict Resolution in Brazil, Agronomic Engineer by Federal University of Santa Catarina State (Brazil), Master in Rural Development of Buenos Aires University and PhD student at Humbolt University of Berlin. Along her career she received two prizes for her academic performance. In 2013 she was selected as Future Research Leader on "Sustainable transformations of Society in the face of Climate Change" by European Research founder's network - JPI CLIMATE (Norway).
